When an artesian bore or well is discovered beneath a development footprint, building can’t proceed until it is properly sealed. Our specialised team manages the entire capping process: excavating to below subgrade level, cutting the steel well pipe, installing a pressure pipe, and injecting cementitious grout under pressure to permanently stem the water flow at its source. The well is grouted to the underside of subgrade level, leaving the site ready for construction to continue.
