Site Scope Forms

Before work begins, our Project Managers complete a comprehensive site assessment to identify project – specific hazards, operational risks, and environmental considerations.

Health & Safety Documentation

Our Health and Safety team reviews the project scope forms and develops all required site – specific plans, procedures and supporting documentation relevant to the project.

Site Inductions

Every team member and contractor completes a thorough site induction to ensure they understand the site environment, identified hazards, emergency procedures and safety procedures before commencing work.

Internal Site Inspections

Our Health & Safety team carries out routine site inspections to monitor work practices, verify compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

External Audits

Our qualified external Health & Safety Advisor conducts regular system and site audits to ensure we are operating in line with industry best-practice standards.

Project Review

At project completion, our team conducts a formal review to evaluate performance, capture lessons learned and identify improvements that can be applied to future projects.
